Alan Greenspan: "The American Economy will feel just ight recession"
The economy data of USA are giving a clear signal for entering into recesion. That is not so dangerous, because the now situation is just controled, and according to famoust American economist Alan Greenspan, the recesion of American economy will be light. Alan Greenspan commented the American economy in front of Asian Investors today.
"Greenspan told, that everything is sighting to light and avarage American recesion, for the economy, and the greatest problem is the mortgage and real estate sector, where the crysis is largest", commented one of the participants in the video conferation.
Just a month ago, the previous chief of Federal Reserve, told that he expect "Extremely hard recession". And then he commented, that the situation will get better, when the market of real estates is stable. According to Alan Greenspan the problems of financial sector will continue to the beginning of 2009, but the price of real estates will get stables months before this.
The American economy at the moment is in delay, and some analyzers claim, that it is now in recesion in spite of oficial data of 0.6%, growing of Gross Domestic Product for the first quarter. The Federal Reserve decresed the interest level with 3.25 percent points for less than half an year, and at the moment the interest level is on 2.0%.
The prices in world rate continue to grow, due to extremely high value of the petrol and foodstuffs, as for getting more expensive Chinese production.
